THIRD PARTY PICKUP
If a third party will be collecting the edible product on the Customer’s behalf or taking responsibility when delivered, this party will be given all appropriate information that would have been given to the customer.
Same conditions apply as if the customer were to collect the edible product themselves. My Sweet Sister LLC is not liable for damage due to third party negligence or improper handling once the product has been picked up or delivered.
