CANCELLATIONS /REFUNDS

If cancellation of the order is required, and you have paid your full balance, the refund policy is as follows: 

a) If the cancellation is up to one (1) month in advance of your event date, you will receive a refund, less your initial deposit and the cost of any supplies already purchased. 
 b) If the cancellation is less than thirty (30) days prior to your event, there will be absolutely no refunds given.
c) Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.

In the case of an emergency or an error in your service, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue right away! If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please call us the day of your event and explain the situation. In the rare case that you are unhappy with your edible product or service, you must call the day of your event so your edible product can be returned within 24 hours. Without proper inspection of the edible product and proof that you are indeed unhappy with the product and will not be using it for your event, we will be unable to refund any portion of your payment.
