ORDERS
At My Sweet Sister LLC, we prefer at least three (3) weeks’ notice for all orders, as we are continually booked in advance. We will however, where availability permits, accept short notice orders. Short notice orders may incur a rush charge of up to $50.
Any products ordered from a picture or photo, of a product produced by any other creator or vendor, can only be reproduced by My Sweet Sister LLC as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo. Certain creative changes may be made to your final design for the sake of stability and structural integrity.
Design changes to the order may be made until 1 week prior to the event. After this time, any change requests cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
